Your Files Are Ready

Your complete media package is available to download from your Dropbox folder.

Hosting timelines
Dropbox: all files, including uncut footage, are hosted for 6 months from the upload date.
Vimeo: finished videos are hosted for up to 1 year from the upload date.

After these periods, files are removed and we can't guarantee access to them.

Protect your memories
We strongly recommend downloading everything as soon as possible. Keep at least two copies, for example one on an external hard drive and one in your personal cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, etc.).
